Cancellation Fee of $500 for each scheduled day of hearing unless written
notification of cancellation or postponement received within 30 days of the
first scheduled hearing date.
Commercial and Employment Case:
$2500 per diem plus expenses. Hourly rate thereafter for time spent in
administration of case; study, research, preparation of orders and awards.
