FEES
Grievance Arbitration :
$1,200 per day for travel, hearing and motions, review of record,
research, and preparation of written decision and award, billed in one-half day
increments.
Cancellation Policy: One-half
day per scheduled day of hearing for matters cancelled
between thirty and fourteen days prior to start of scheduled hearing; one full
day per
scheduled day of hearing for matters cancelled fourteen days or fewer prior to
start of hearing.
Travel Time: Travel
time outside the hearing, either on the same or a different day, is
charged at $60.00 per hour.
Expenses: Actual cost
of reasonable expenses is charged, including items such as airfare, car
rental, food and lodging. Automobile mileage is charged at IRS rate. Airfare
will be charged
at the lowest fully refundable fare available for convenient flights at the time
of purchase.
