John Fox, Jay Wang, and Alexa Morgan have formed a new boutique firm in Palo Alto: Fox, Wang & Morgan.
All were previously with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, where Fox chaired the Employment Group. Donna Fox, former senior labor counsel to US Air, will be an associate.
