EEOC announces 32 suits in past seven days

The EEOC has announced 32 new new lawsuits against employers during the past seven days.

I don't know whether that's a record, but it indicates the EEOC's willingness to go to court on behalf of individuals as well as groups of employees, and against large and relatively small employers.
