Areas of Practice

Ms. Williams' practice focuses on the litigation of various employment disputes, including wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination claims. Ms. Williams is experienced in all phases of state and federal litigation, including trial. In addition to her litigation matters, Ms. Williams has assisted employers by developing policies, creating handbooks, and providing training on internal investigations discipline procedures. Ms. Williams came to Littler from Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May in Los Angeles, California, where she practiced employment and commercial litigation.

Professional Activities

Ms. Williams is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is currently the Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Langston Bar Association and a member of the Pilipino American Bar Association.

Education

Ms. Williams received her law degree from UCLA in 1996 where she was an editor of the UCLA Law Review and Editor in Chief of the National Black Law Journal. She attended California State University Long Beach and graduated with honors in 1993.
