Education Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was on the Dean's List and selected for the College of Letters & Science Honors Program, his M.A. from the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University, where he was the recipient of the Eagleton Fellowship and his J.D. from the School of Law, University of California Davis, where he won the American Jurisprudence Award, Constitutional Law and served as Managing Editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review.
