David Kulle is Chairperson of the Robinson & Cole Employment Litigation and Counseling Practice Group.  He focuses on the litigation and trial of employment-related claims and on employer counseling. He represents employers in a broad range of federal and state lawsuits involving claims of wrongful termination and discrimination, and he practices regularly before state and federal administrative agencies, such as the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). He also counsels employers in preventive management techniques in such crucial areas as discrimination and discharge.

Mr. Kulle is a frequent speaker on employment topics before law and business groups. He is a member of the Connecticut and American Bar Associations' (CBA and ABA) Labor and Employment Section and the Litigation Section and has served on the CBA's Employment at Will and the CHRO Liaison Subcommittees. Mr. Kulle is a regional editor of The Job Description, a quarterly publication of the Defense Research Institute's (DRI) Employment Law Section. He is admitted to all Connecticut state and federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

He received his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Hamilton College, his M.M., with honors, from Yale University, and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. While at law school, Mr. Kulle served as editor in chief of the Connecticut Law Review.
