Karen Davis is a staff attorney with TOC Management
Services. Specializing in
employment and labor law, TOC is an employers association with over 450
member companies in Washington, Montana, Idaho, Oregon and California.
Karen advises member companies on a broad range of employment law issues, including wage and hour, family and medical leave, discrimination, and drug and alcohol testing. Karen, who received her J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School after graduating with a B. A. from Colorado College, is a member of the Oregon State Bar.
