As the Director of Special Services for TOC, Joe Brislin advises member-companies and the TOC staff on all areas of labor law and employee benefits. He is the author of The WARN Act: A Manager’s Compliance Guide to Workforce Reduction, published by BNA, and a coauthor of A Manager’s Guide to the Americans with Disabilities Act. He is a contributing author to Labor and Employment Law in the Private Sector, published by the Oregon State Bar, and author of Multi-Employer Plans: A Guide for New Trustees, published by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Joe is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the labor law and insurance law sections. He has served on the board of directors and committees for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
TOC Management Services is an employers’ association that assists over 500 manufacturers in Oregon, Washington, Alaska, California, Montana and Idaho. TOC provides labor and industrial relations services for members, including human resource management, training, safety, workers’ compensation and employee benefits.
