Louis M. Zigman, Esq., has served as a full-time independent neutral since l975. Mr. Zigman serves as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial, employment, labor/management and disability related disputes in the entertainment, manufacturing, transportation, health care, construction, police, fire, public school, and food industries as well as in the federal, state and municipal sectors of government.
Over the past thirty-two years Mr. Zigman has served as a neutral in over 5,000 matters which have included at-will employment breach of employment agreements, discrimination (race, sex, age, gender and disability) as well as numerous contractual interpretation issues.
Mr. Zigman is a permanent member of many labor/management panels which include the Boeing Company, Raytheon, Oahu Transit, California State University; the University of California; Del Mar Racetrack & Los Angeles Thoroughbred Turf Clubs, Motion Picture and Television Producers; Verizon, Catholic Healthcare West, IRS; Department of Homeland Security; Las Vegas Metro Police, Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority, Carpenters Joint Adjustment Board, as well as with numerous cities and counties.
Mr. Zigman also serves as a referee with respect to disability appeals.
Mr. Zigman serves as an advanced trainer in arbitration for the American Arbitration Association and at Los Angeles Trade Technical College.

Cancellation Policy Fee: Any hearing canceled with less than 30 calendar days notice will incur a late fee of one day’s per diem based on a 6-hour day.
