private sector arbitration cases. Also provides mediation services. Handles a
wide variety of issues involving contract and arbitration law, collective
bargaining agreements, employment and construction agreements, employer
policies, and the application of external law to such agreements and policies.
Matters ruled on include contract interpretation/breach/damages, employee
claims, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, discrimination, ADA/FMLA, and
other statutory matters. Remaining twenty percent of practice devoted to real
estate, real estate development, commercial law, probate and trust law.
