FEES
Labor: $850 per diem for up to 8 hr. hearing, plus expenses; Hourly Rate thereafter for time spent in administration of case, study, research and preparation of orders and award. There is no charge for travel to and from hearings. Cancellation Fee of $500 for each scheduled day of hearing unless written notification of cancellation or postponement received within 30 days of the first scheduled hearing date.
Commercial and Employment Case: $2500 per diem plus expenses. Hourly rate thereafter for time spent in administration of case; study, research, preparation of orders and awards.
