FEES:

PER DIEM FEE:  $1,800.00 per day. 

Grievance and Interest Arbitration and Fact-finding:  The fee is $1,800.00 per day for hearing and for research and preparation of the opinion and award.  A hearing day is any portion of a day up to eight hours.  Time for research and preparation is prorated. Mediation:  $400/hour with a minimum of 5 hours per day.  Employment Arbitration: $2500/day (hearing); $450/hour (study)

Cancellation Policy:  If the scheduled hearing is postponed or cancelled with notice of less than twenty-one (21) calendar days, the per diem fee for each day of hearing shall be charged if another matter cannot be set in its place.  For hearings scheduled for three days or more, a notice period of thirty (30) calendar days will apply.

Travel time:  Arbitrator charges per diem fee for any travel over four (4) hours in a travel day. 

Expenses:  Arbitrator charges actual cost of reasonable expenses, including airfare, car rental, food, and lodging.  Automobile mileage is charged at the applicable IRS expense rate.
