| Work Experience | LABOR ARBITRATOR Conducted hearings in the State of Hawai'i for a variety of public and private sector unions and employers. Issued decisions and facilitated settlement agreements on issues including discipline and discharge, arbitrability, management rights, past practices, and the Hawaii Revised Uniform Arbitration Act.
